Hari is an enthusiastic and established Real Estate Investor, Developer, and Hotelier from Roseville, California. Sam’s major in Business Administration from British Columbia’s elite, Simon Fraser University, certainly compelled his career in the direction of serious entrepreneurship. Early on, he joined his family’s real estate development firm in Vancouver and learned from the ground up. He then went to pursue his passion for high tech and co-founded a dot.com company that commercialized advanced technologies from NASA and JPL and took it public. Sam further worked with a vast variety of marketing and business industries.
He left the Canadian cold to the warm California sun, with ambition and drive to seize business opportunities, in pursuit of the ‘American Dream.’ His journey led him into the commercial real estate industry, financing & sales of hotel properties. His drive didn’t halt there, he was extremely successful thus he impelled forward into the area of hotel acquisition, rebranding, and development. Sam used his strong skill-set of acquisition and negotiation to purchase, renovate, re-brand numerous properties on the East Coast.
Outside of Sam’s intense work schedule, you’ll find him reading business periodicals, rooting his garden, and running around to soccer and baseball with his rambunctious kids.

Also known as, J.D., comes from an intense academic background, spanning from a bachelor of Chemistry to pursuing his Medical Doctorate in Bariatric Surgery. Fluent in three languages, a stellar business acumen and a medical doctor make him an absolute asset, to our company, in a variety of ways. Nicholas Pocquette

Nicholas holds a BA from University of California at Santa Barbara in Business Economics with an emphasis in accounting and finance. He spent the first three years of his career as a senior accountant with Ernst and Young performing audits on publicly held real estate clients. He spent the next three years as a senior financial analyst working with the largest homebuilder in the United States on large land joint ventures. Nicholas spent the balance of his 22-year career in land acquisition, land finance and land entitlement working with some of the largest homebuilders in the United States. Nicholas has been lead acquisitioner on over $1 Billion in land. Additionally, he has been involved in several private equity joint ventures and is well versed in complex financial structures. Finally, Nicholas spent 5 years of his career working on the largest land entitlement in the United States that spanned two counties, three cities and included 18,000 lots and over 1 million square feet of commercial.
John G. Sinadinos

John’s considerable real estate law expertise is certainly the great force for his successful 30-year law practice. As a studious learner, at Northwestern University, earning a Political Science and Communication degree, in 1982, he then went on to Fordham School of Law and became a licensed attorney in both New York and California.
John delved into the real estate arena upon his employment at Dreyer and Traub, a boutique Park Avenue real estate firm. John then ventured to California upon the request of Angelo Tsakopulous, one of the largest holders of private land in Northern California.
John has since aligned various investment groups, which now control in excess of 1000 acres of developable land, in addition to the projects in Hilton Head. John is experienced in handling complex City, County, and State regulations as well as contractual issues, including the formation and investment ownership entities. His strengths lay within the law, compliance, abidance within all facets pertaining to our company.
When John isn’t rolling around in law abidance, he’s usually gracing his family with his presence, leisurely golfing or galvanizing everyone with his love for law literature.
